Sandwiches RANKED
I’d be doing the mustard as a dip, though.
Rhouses would put the ham and mustard in a blender, bake that in a clay oven and then pour it over 5kg of rice with ghee. The alternative bastard.
Generally avoid vintage cheddar for melts, the whole point of vintage is getting those crunchy salt bits and they get nuked in toasties. Better to have as is.
Ham and cheese, best with gruyere or manchego. Let the dijon take care of the salty umami.
Can we have a new thread for R-Dogg please - Sandwiches RANK ?
No cheese, no butter, I’ve always said that!

You’re living large with Ortiz tuna, @mono-stereo. Jesus Christ brother, $6 (rs. 500) a can, and that’s on Amazon US. Haha. Looking forward to it. This is like when I pay $10 for a dosa in the airport.
RichM definitely not nuking it in the microwave or any mayo. lol.
Will keep it clean and fresh, tomato onion banana peppers, squeeze of lime salt pepper at the end. Let the tuna do the talking. Open face sandwich. Treat this mofo like sushi. Might do a tuna musubi down the road.
Double whammy of suitcase weight and the price pissed off the missus, but she pulled the trigger. “Come on, at least I’m not making you lug some sneakers back.” worked.
rhouses yeah it’s outrageously expensive unless you buy it in Spain. Let me know what you reckon. I just use it in a Tuna Mayo sandwich tbh.

mono-stereo so you warm your tuna mayo through in a microwave like a totally normal person would?
Don’t mind the occasional tuna sandwich (not a euphemism)
