rhouses Tune bake with sweet corn side dish

Rhouses literally melting records to eat in his oven now.

Trisco with tons of Crisco.

Salmon, scrambled eggs and cheese. How has this not been reported to the relevant authorities?

-si- LT probably taking this one with the simplistic ham and mustard. Hard to beat. Maybe some vintage cheddar added to lift it up another notch?

If you add vintage cheddar to just a ham and mustard sandwich it’s going to start getting a bit dry and stodgy; meaning some kind of pickle or chutney would also be needed to help it go down.

Better to turn it into a toastie for that very reason.

bosstrabs Agreed, putting ham, cheese and mustard in a toaster does make it acceptable.

I’d be doing the mustard as a dip, though.

Rhouses would put the ham and mustard in a blender, bake that in a clay oven and then pour it over 5kg of rice with ghee. The alternative bastard.

Absolutely not, hugo. a light spreading of mayo OR butter on both slices of bread, with the addition of the mustard ensure that it remains SUCCULENT, like a chinese meal.

Generally avoid vintage cheddar for melts, the whole point of vintage is getting those crunchy salt bits and they get nuked in toasties. Better to have as is.

Ham and cheese, best with gruyere or manchego. Let the dijon take care of the salty umami.

Can we have a new thread for R-Dogg please - Sandwiches RANK ?

rhouses another one which makes me chuckle

RichM Decently funny, but just doesn’t have the nuances Dave’s video had which makes it an absolute banger of racism.

bosstrabs Smalls, have you done a pie barm yet?

Must have decent butter, which I’m sure you can acquire at mid-market M&S, it’s not like you shop at SCABSDA.

          Smallman1 I can’t eat butter Dave.

          More "p"ies Edward?

No cheese, no butter, I’ve always said that!

You’re living large with Ortiz tuna, @mono-stereo. Jesus Christ brother, $6 (rs. 500) a can, and that’s on Amazon US. Haha. Looking forward to it. This is like when I pay $10 for a dosa in the airport.

rhouses what have you got planned for the Ortiz tuna?
