Dance floor reaction to this surprised me (although was sped up to 124)

NasserAlazzawi although was sped up to 124

Wow, all the way to 124?!

I hope you passed out seatbelts and sick bags to the audience.

Hereā€™s a photo Nas had taken on his holidays of him on a rollercoaster:

zackster seen the liberator djs at a few raves over the years

Used to hammer this back in the day!

hugopal great track, seen deep dish play it in a 6 hr set in amnesia, place got up ended

      Amps Creamer and K

I agree, with the exception that wish you were here was a great record.

303abuser be interested to know what you would call it. To me itā€™s not deep house or Prog. It fits nicely in between some Prog sets. Itā€™s like it has some of the characteristics of techno without it fitting into the main slew of modern techno so easily.

NasserAlazzawi Deep house is pretty close, but thatā€™s why i say the debate is pointless. Thereā€™s too much crossover in a lot of records and places like beatport have bastardized ā€œclassicā€ genres so badly, that none of it makes sense anymore.

Most of what I make is inarguably dub techno. But I would be hard pressed to figure out what is techno about a 108 bpm record thatā€™s mixed with a low passed kick, few drums, and the chords set forward. Basic Channel was techno, Maurizio probably, but Fluxion or Rhythm & Sound?
