I don’t think Nas has got the memo that this thread is for wrecking ball / peak time power prog, with allowance for the occasional ghetto-tech+donk crossover track.
Mad_Cyril Shirley only Jon tea why eye would be eligible to vote?
jonattonyeah should go with this version:
Think it’s about time we create a whole new thread for helping @NasserAlazzawi understand what techno is
Here’s a sneak preview mate
Phil-McRackin that has some oomph, but it has to be the Thomas Schumacher remix for me:
zackster seems it was released on 2000 on Superstition then Yoshitoshi did a repress in 2002:
Thats the one. 12 × 2 with a Rob Rives mix
hugopal yeah, was going to put that one too….Trancesetters mix is boss aswell
This was always a personal prog fav that never seemed to get much recognition
NasserAlazzawi techno?
jonattonyeah “Love In Traffic” is also an awful, awful record.
There was a lot of dross with this sound, see Creamer and K, but I liked a lot of the moodier stuff for early doors warm ups; far more interesting than listening to Lawler play some fuckin bongo loop. Some of the stuff Deep Dish where playing at the time was boss. It aint wrecking ball, so shouldn’t be in here, but it has a place imo.
