Along_the_Wire Crashed today training. A thick doris not looking up crashed into me when I’d stopped (the previous two riders passed me without any bother). Fucked my rear wheel and gave me a dead leg and hurt the back of my knee. Will compromise my race tomorrow for definite.

Along_the_Wire Mad_Cyril Third. Tough course - 25 miles in 55:16 - wet, flooded patches and a ton of roadworks on a lumpy course - not my best 25 time, but happy with that. I’m more of a 10 mile specialist an all.
