So I think you would still be included, RTA or not.

If you get hit by a bus, the death is recorded as “death by bus” if you die in hospital from any other ailment and had a C19 test during that time in hospital or leading up to it. i.e. you had a pre-existing condition [Which I don’t think “the aversion to buses” is one] which was being treated at the time, its pretty certain that C19 had a hand in your passing.
