Certainly not in California. All our names are Spanish or, towards the northern coast, Russian-influenced. But possibly in the likes Pennsylvania or Virginia. Let me take a look….

Don’t think there’s much wrong with the place (Chester), except it’s possibly boring and provincial to some.
There is a bizarre breed of ratboy scally with a strange underclass hybrid scouse-Welsh accent, but they’re not as feisty as some you encounter in Manchester.
