It’s of its time, but loved it then - nice bit of nostalgia. I still love Chill Out - great album that.

I remember being appalled at their thrash metal shit at the Brits in 92, but it was a hell of a stunt looking back.

What time is love (Pure trance 1) 1998 & Kylie said to Jason plus the chill out album are the only ones worth having.

Along_the_Wire I loved it then. It was formative before I started clubbing in 93. I can no longer abide the bloody rapping and moo moo chants though. Still love the what time is love (trance mix) and the irresistibly catchy Tammy Wynette Justified vocal though

Along_the_Wire The combo with Extreme Noise Terror was trolling of the highest order. Here’s the video for those that don’t know what we’re on about… love the confused applause at the end:

Surprised they’ve made some of their back catalogue available again actually, thought they’d hold out.

PDJ Surprised they’ve made some of their back catalogue available again actually, thought they’d hold out.

They pretty much have held out - it’s a bit cack. I know they destroyed the masters, but bang them up as WAVs or 320kbps

Justified and Ancient performance on TOTP is truly memorable

alistair All the singles from The White Album are amazing, the wrapping being an integral part of that, Bello and Ricardo Da Force blasting pyramids left right and centre!

Sean Johnston has played an ace version of What Time Is Love with the "“gonna make you sweat” lyrics and all kinds of alarms and stuff going off, but without the dated rapping. Anyone have any idea which version it is? Thanks v much. ((It was on the ALFOS Weatherall tribute)

Lightfoot last train to trancecentral and 3am eternal are both crackers. Where is today’s klf?

            apyssjw Where is today’s klf?

The music industry is dead and it’s corpse is being raped.

Lightfoot covid is killing it mate. Live music is dying in its wake. Terrible pity. Nothing I miss more than gigs.

alistair My comment was more on the lack of creativity that has been an issue for the last 15 or so years.

I agree on the current issue around live gigs though.

Lightfoot I take the broader point but there has been plenty of good new electronica released in 2020

Homegrove There is and there always has been. Maybe LF is talking more about pop music - it’s shit isn’t it? Most likely I take this view because of my age, but there is no KLF in the charts and that has been the case for a long old time.

Pop music in the charts is always for the kids. It’s not for us.
