That’s just a noise. I’ve heard more melody on construction sites.
Fail we may...
One of my great [clubbing] disappointments is not seeing/hearing nearly enough of Wevvers live.
Probably only saw him 7 or 8 times, every time he was absolutely mustard though.
I went through a multi year obsession with Two Lone Swordsmen / Rotters Golf Club / Weatherall / Tenniswood in the early 2000s. Great times. The boss.
I was fairly sure I’d managed to never see him… but then on reading the Jockey Slut tribute book, I’m thinking I may have seen him in the late 90s… I remember having conversations about me thinking he was going to be proggy due to some of his remixes, and then being surprised when he was techno, or as he puts it ion the book ‘Panel Beaters from Prague’.
I’m also aware that the above post might contradict some of my earlier statements on this board, but the memory really isn’t what it used to be.
Seen about 5 times. Was generally boss. A night at Robodisco with Miles and Elliot will never fade.
Once though, at the old Boddingtons Brewery, he was pushing out the old Rockabilly nonsense. The 5 early adopter hipsters shuffling around the loading bay looked like they were enjoying it to be fair.
I thought it was shite.

@-si- I am sure when you and the lads rent out Farmer Hogget’s barn for a post COVID knees up, that Afro Left will still go down a storm. However, I don’t think Ben Klock will be reaching for Leftism at 4am when he returns to the clubbing mecca of New York.
and to @Dan and @Millsy’s point, I believe we have already sussed out why the JC contingent prefers likes of Van M and Fortier to Mills and Hood, when it comes to American jocks. There a reason this place is Song of Life before Good Life, and the less attention we draw to it the better.

zackster However, I don’t think Ben Klock will be reaching for Leftism at 4am when he returns to the clubbing mecca of New York.
Perhaps the worst post in the pantheon of awful posts on this board.
Ben Klock wouldn’t play 4 Days by Bad Company or 138 Trek by DJ Zinc either. Does that make those ‘not classic’ records?
Weatherall was a massive Robert Hood fan, Zac.
Zac is a massive Richard Hood.
