BlainSA LT42 Yeh, I’m not so much a fan of French style scrambled eggs. I do it sometimes for a change, but prefer it with thicker curds. He’s also talking out of his hoop about putting salt in after. Never makes a watery mess if you put it in before.

jonattonyeah Mad_Cyril Many years ago (25 or 30?), American McDonald’s used beef tallow in their fries. This was not done in most other countries, particularly those with a large Hindu population. It’s not unreasonable for people to prefer one over the other or at least find them different.
