Been playing a bit of table tennis recently.
Being a naturally gifted sportsman I’ve taken to it like a duck to water.
Ran a half marathon this morning. Been training since beginning of Jan so not loads of training completed. My goal was to do it under 2 hours and completed it in 1:54:51 which I am very happy with.

Fucking ice. Bailed for the second time in two weeks today. My back is going to pay for it tomorrow. Knuckles on my right hand looks like I’ve been in a proper fight too.
Nicely done Rich! The amount you interact with my food related posts, I’d have never thought you were prepping for a marathon.
I like the half distance too. And while I really enjoy 50k on trails, I have no urge to run a road marathon.
You just know we’re only a couple of posts away from sharing split times and what type of training and nutrition can help improve them.
