Amps No exercise?
The Breakfast Club
Along_the_Wire Haven’t been to the gym in over a year, but I’m currently decorating / renovating the house, so getting some work in. Exercise is only about 15% of weight loss, so I’m happy to focus on the calorie intake for the moment.
You could also lose around 10% a month worrying about the polar ice caps if you really graft.
Greek yoghurt, blueberries, chopped up banana and a sprinkling of granola.
Bootiful!
Cup of chino. Actimel.
Sometimes have yoghurt and dried apricots with a bit of granola thrown in.
Along_the_Wire last two months it’s table tennis for 90 mins - three times a week, and strength training in the gym three times a week.
Trainer does upper body one day, leg day second, and core the third in 30-40 mins sessions. And i put in 30 mins on the elliptical after the strength training.
Freedom allows me to time all this activity in the last two hours of the fast. Putting my daughter to sleep is a good time to start the fast. I wasted too much time playing baddy last time and not gyming. Obviously still early days, but the change in my body with the focused muscle building has been very effective.
Should have anticipated this would turn into a ‘Shut up, Rhouses’ type thread.
What was I thinking?

Let be fair dave, it’s some cheap what did you eat thread, pure low hanging fruit garbage.
Grant and I bringing in some gravitas talking about that glycogen shizzzi.
Still cutting the calories here and doing quite well… on the occasions I’ve faltered I’ve gone all in on a loaf of Warburton’s super thick toasties bread. Lathered in nothing more than real butter. It’s virtually cake.
I’m aware Warburton’s are awful tory cunts… so yeah, political breakfast creds in tatters.
That super thick toastie is tremenballs tbf.
I’ve started eating bacon more often now, breakfast is just better with it
