Defo in for a dry Jan and something resembling a balanced diet.

Takeaway pizza and a couple of large bottles of Leffe. Def plan on more exercise this year though

Don’t particularly see the point in doing, given 2020 was so dry - nothing to detox from.

I will continue as I have been doing, a boring 2-3 bottles of beer about twice a week.

You know what Smalls? Despite the persistent threat of COVID and the hope it doesn’t afflict my loved ones, I’ve actually quite enjoyed the ‘downtime’ this year.

I’ve realised one can feel quite contented just staying in, reading books, watching movies, having the odd beer (and Doner delivery) at home.

I don’t feel particularly hard-done-by although I feel sorry for more extroverted types who cannot live without constant company and activity.
