IndustryStandard Definitely other factors in play, which I need to address, but taking one “fatty route” at a time. No1 is beer as i’m nailing loads at the mo and have been over the last few months.
IndustryStandard Thats a normal night. Prob x3 per week and may have about 10 on a session. Thats indoors. Couple that with eating shit and doing no exercise due to injuries ( 15yrs running have caught up with my back/calf muscles) and its not a good combo. Interested to hear if any alternative drinking strategies have helped people lose the timber.

Thinking of switching to say 3 GnTs which must have the same alcohol content and far less cals, no? My wife thinks if I go down that route I will just end up drinks 8 GnTs and have a drink problem. She may not be wrong…… Anyone tried similar calorie reduction tactics with success/no admission into rehab?
