wrongun I was fine til I went to my dadās on the 1st and basically piled on 3kg over that weekend. 87 now, need to be 82/83, but Iāve been here many times before and the cutting back on the booze and training sorts it right out.
Iād definitely recommend Whoop, but make sure you get 4.0 - the 3.0 just wasnāt accurate enough for activities - thatās much better now, but itās at its best for sleep, recovery and HRV metrics which are really important to me. Itās a subscription model, the actual wrist thing is free, but itās a bit lumpy unless you commit - Ā£30 a month for six months, but drops to Ā£18 for 18 months.
Also means you can wear a normal watch and not look so much of a cunt with the strap on the other wrist. The app is great.
