<slowly backs out of the thread looking at his tassimo machine>

I’ve already admitted to using instant, wally, so you’re streets ahead of me in this thread!

Millsy Wouldn’t be the same without you Edwin

Much obliged brother!

I had one of those Magnifica’s. They’re alright - the grinders aren’t amazing and have a tendency to get gummed up if you’re using fresh beans or you don’t keep the bits spick and span, which is a hassle. If you’ve got the money, the one to go for is the Sage BES875UK. Nice bit of kit that is.

I often just hit up the nespresso machine for the convenience factor. It’s good enough and totally hassle and mess free. Which is nice.

But i also have this bad boy which is great value for money:

My favourite coffee deliver company is https://ravecoffee.co.uk/

not had any issues with the grind yet, but do agree it takes a bit of TLC. That espresso machine you’ve posted looks really good for the price I have to say

That machine looks bobbins for the money.

Which machine makes the best skinny latte?

honestly, there’s not that much to choose between them ed. all these things will give you good coffee if you figure out how to get them best out of them and experiment with different types of pod or roast.

to get real top notch espresso you need a rotary pump machine which will set you back at least a grand.

Shark jumped here gents, probably best you all log off now and just pack it in.

@Jules72#733 "_personally have a Rocket machine"

yeah those are the nuts tbf. Kudos.

Mad_Cyril Gone for the 2 you mentioned and Mediterranean Mocha. Look forward to getting stuck in. Thanks for the tip

aye wasn’t cheap CJ but it has lasted 6 years…hasn’t broken down once

Mad_Cyril can’t go wrong …btw there’s a forum called Coffee Forums - i always pick up recommendations from there… the Sweet Bourbon is a long standing favourite there

I like squaremilecoffee.com (their Red Brick beans are great for the price - 350g where most places are only 250g) and a local one to me, badhandcoffee.com (Shaka beans).
