      If anyone’s been to Cardiff, chips with curry sauce is everywhere.

      For me, the best chippys allow you to put your own Salt & Vinegar on, although it’s a rare privilege these days.

      Not a fan of sauce, just loads of salt & vinegar.

      One of my local chippies has onion vinegar. It’s the bomb.
