i’m expecting the stamina thing to be a process. i order a garmin watch for tracking stuff, so hopefully that’ll help progress things a little and give me some additional feedback to work with.
the anxiety is such a weird thing, i’m normally not anxious at all, so this volume and intensity is nothing i’ve experienced. i know there were a couple of episodes that i triggered myself, but there is definitely a relationship between physical exertion and onset. i’m managing it pretty well now as it’s happening because i’ve had a ton of practice the last few weeks, but i’d rather see it gone altogether. i’m used to exercising my way to good physical and mental health, so this one is a bit of a problem.
